Job Description

AgileSource are seeking a commercially aware and client-focused Customer Success & Delivery Manager to lead engagements across the full customer journey-from early-stage solution shaping through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.

This is a hands-on role combining delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and advisory capabilities. You will work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to define customer requirements and shape solution approaches
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder sessions, and solution demonstrations
  • Support the development of proposals, commercial models, and statements of work
  • Contribute to bid responses and help define delivery strategies
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and service management solutions
  • Manage timelines, risks, and resources across concurrent client engagements
  • Ensure delivery aligns with best practice frameworks and agreed quality standards
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships
  • Identify opportunities to extend services and improve customer outcomes
  • Support onboarding, training, and adoption activities for client teams

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in delivery management, programme coordination, or customer success roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Experience working across the full client life cycle, from pre-sales through to service delivery
  • Familiarity with IT service management principles or similar operational frameworks
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms (eg workflow, ticketing, or automation tools)
  • Experience working in fast-paced or agile delivery environments
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of client value drivers

Desirable

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments
  • Knowledge of service integration, tooling ecosystems, or systems integration
  • Relevant certifications (eg project management, service management, or agile frameworks)
  • Experience working with regulated or security-conscious clients
