Customer Success Consultant

Location: Aylesbury, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Belfast or Home-Based

Salary and package: Salary starting fromcirca £35,000 +(risingwithexperience)plus a bonus of up to 20%

We're looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our supportive and collaborative Pre-Sales team, working closely with colleagues across Sales and Professional Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK's most influential public sector organisations and play a key role in advancing the use of GIS across Government.

Customer Success Consultant responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll work directly with customers and prospects, demonstrating how GIS technology can address complex business challenges. You'll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver impactful solutions and support business growth.

  • Deliver engaging demonstrations of ArcGIS software and data to support sales activities
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing Government customers, ensuring long-term success
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify customer needs and design effective GIS-based solutions
  • Support the development of new business opportunities through technical insight and consultancy
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events
  • Mentor junior team members and support wider pre-sales initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the pre-sales team

What We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and is eager to demonstrate how GIS can deliver meaningful impact in the public sector.

You'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of the ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, Web Apps, Mobile Apps, ArcGIS Pro, and extensions)
  • Understanding of GIS applications and emerging industry trends
  • Confidence engaging with customers and presenting technical solutions
  • Ability to clearly communicate business value and translate technical concepts
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Good organisation, time management, and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • A developing understanding of the sales cycle

Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays and due to the nature of our customers and data, you must be based in the UK and willing to complete relevant security checks. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
