Coders Connect is partnering with an innovative scale-up that's transforming how agricultural manufacturers, dealers, and retailers collaborate. Their platform is reshaping the agricultural supply chain by streamlining product information exchange and improving transparency across the board.
We're looking for a Customer Success & Product Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of people, product, and execution-someone who can own the customer journey, coordinate technical deliveries, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining customer success, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be the go-to partner for both customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, delivery, and continuous engagement.
You'll also play a critical role in translating customer needs into actionable feedback for the product team-helping shape how the platform evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term success and expansion.
- Coordinate technical deliveries and implementation timelines-ensuring requirements are met and milestones hit.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their use cases and helping them succeed with the platform.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and aligned success goals.
- Drive platform adoption and usage, resolving issues proactively and building long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain clear documentation, internal updates, and project status visibility.
- Bring customer insights back into product development to help shape future features.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Product Delivery, or Project Management-preferably in SaaS or platform-based environments.
- Strong project management skills-confident in managing timelines, working across teams, and hitting deliverables.
- Comfortable working with both technical stakeholders (developers, engineers) and business-facing teams.
- Strong communicator who can manage and influence internal and external relationships.
- Experience working with data-driven or integration-heavy platforms; familiarity with AI-driven products is a big plus.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).
