DTC A Codan Company in Whiteley, Hampshire is seeking a customer service/administration professional to manage orders and RMAs, load data into the MRP system, and communicate proactively with customers and sales teams.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provide timely order updates, and support with complaints and non-conformance records, contributing to excellent customer service across the organisation.
