Customer Success & Data Insights Coordinator

Elis UK Limited is seeking a capable administrator to manage a portfolio of customers for contract management, support on an internal service inbox, and respond to enquiries. You will run and manipulate customer reports in Excel and Power BI, upload information into portals, and coordinate with Key Account Managers and regional teams on contractual paperwork.

Excellent communication, advanced Excel skills, and attention to detail are essential.
