The Role.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Solution Engineer to join our Sales and Product organization, focusing on our Maps, Routes, and Navigation SDKs, as well as Fleet
Solutions (Fleet Management, Ride Sharing, and Ride Hailing technology).
In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and guide them in effectively leveraging our Location Intelligence platform. You will be responsible for managing the technical details of sales opportunities and the implementation of projects. All this by representing and demoing the company ad conferences and trade shows practically and presenting our company's capabilities at a strategic level. This position requires a high energy self-starter who is comfortable with both the technical and interpersonal aspects of solution management.

Responsibilities.
Support the company's sales efforts by providing pre-sales solution and technical support to sales personnel and represent and assist by demoing Magic Lane's products and solutions to potential clients:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to sales personnel, assisting in the demonstration of Magic Lane's products and solutions to potential clients.
- Respond to and technically qualify inbound sales leads, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, ensuring proper prioritization and alignment with company offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with the Head of Product, Product Owners, and the Head of Growth to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer sites, events, and prospect locations to support and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage client project schedules, proactively identify potential issues, and communicate them clearly to project stakeholders.
- Take ownership of release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead multiple technical customer programs for Magic Lane products and solutions, working with our multi-OS SDK's and API's.

What you offer:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role supporting sales of complex (b-2-b) software and/or services to enterprises
- Excellent communication skills that projects confidence, professionalism, and competence
- Experience communicating complex customer issues and use cases to development teams and Product Owners
- A strong sense of urgency and a drive to keep customers satisfied
- Experience in working with SDKs and developing iOS and Android mobile applications, Flutter preferably
- Understanding of web development environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Stands out in customer interactions, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for the mapping and mobility industry and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing Scale Up
- Fluent in English
- European residence and work permit in an EU country
- Gets energised by exhibitions including willingness to travel
- Start up and/or scale-up experience
- Deep understanding of the Maps, Location & Navigation industry and emerging trends
- Awesome sense of humor
Desirable :
- Experience in sectors like fleet management, ride-sharing and hailing technologies, micro mobility, connected car services
