Customer Solutions Design Specialist

Location: UK Wide, United Kingdom

Your day-to-day role is to design and deliver solutions for BT's customers. Your design work will specialise in one of three disciplines: network solutions, voice solutions, or contact centre solutions. Our customers are generally external, so you will have an enhanced level of visibility and responsibility.

You'll work as part of a dedicated global team. As a Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering medium to large designs and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer needs, explaining complex technical solutions succinctly.

• Contributing to technical discussions within the team, leading others towards better understanding, and encouraging dialogue to improve design principles.
• Promoting our work and understanding customer needs to develop relevant solutions.
• Challenging yourself, questioning current processes, and managing changes to work efficiently.
• Providing deep technical knowledge in a simple manner to customers.
• Managing risks associated with your designs and driving technological direction.

Skills You'll Need

In-depth experience with Cisco ACI
In-depth experience with Cisco SD-WAN
Routing & Switching
Cisco LAN/WAN
CCNA/CCNP Qualified
