Customer Solutions Architect

Location: Eventual relocation to Amsterdam, hybrid or remote with occasional travel initially

The role - why it exists

You will lead customer-facing deployments of our SaaS in complex, restricted environments; partner with sales on discovery and architecture; plan and run POCs; install and configure in Azure/AWS/GCP and Kubernetes; triage incidents and dig through logs; write clear run-books and handover docs; capture product gaps and customer requests; ensure security and compliance are met; and act as the steady technical point of contact from pre-sales through go-live.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Proficiency in incident triage and log analysis
• Solid understanding of security fundamentals (least privilege, network segmentation, key management)

What you bring

• 2-3 years in one or more of the following fields: solutions engineering, DevOps, SRE, or IT administration within large enterprises
• Confident with Azure and AWS: creating IAM roles, app registrations, service accounts, storage, and KMS/Key Vault keys
• Identity & access: SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC; least-privilege design
• Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell for diagnostics and automation
• Observability: metrics, logs, alerts; you know what "production-ready" looks like
• Communication: able to communicate with solution architects, sales and IT teams of our customers

Hiring Process

• 60 min technical screen (algorithms, parsing, perf reasoning).
• Practical: 90 min pairing or focused take home (profiling + micro optimization).
