Customer Services Specialist - 9-Month FTC (Hybrid)

NOCN Group, King's Lynn, is seeking a motivated Customer Services Administrator to join the AO Customer Services team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will deliver high-quality services aligned with NOCN's objectives and support learners, centres and employers.

You will handle queries by phone and email, provide accurate guidance on qualifications and policies, and process information and payments within defined SLAs while maintaining CRM records.
