Pyramid8 are recruiting for a number of Customer Services Call Handlers - Patient Services to join a growing fast paced team. The role is to support existing and new patients with prescription medications to ensure they receive these delivered to their homes.

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm) Temp - Perm (3 day working from home once permanent)

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing team. You'll play a vital role in helping patients manage their prescriptions by providing outstanding support, resolving enquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

Duties will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email and online enquiries.
  • Supporting patients with prescription requests, account queries and medication-related enquiries.
  • Working closely with pharmacy, clinical and operations teams to ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently.
  • Accurately updating patient records while maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Resolving customer issues professionally and escalating complex queries where appropriate.
  • Monitoring your own performance against quality standards and customer service KPIs.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.
  • Building positive relationships with patients and colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A calm, empathetic and professional approach when supporting patients.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
  • A healthcare background would be beneficial but not essential
