Customer Services Advisor (Bank) - Hereford Hospital

Ad hoc £12.84 per hour. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

We're recruiting great people to join our friendly, welcoming Contact Centre on a Hybrid working basis. As a Customer Service Advisor at our Contact Centre, you'll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactive customer focused attitude.

Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you'll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast paced team environment.

Working hours will be subject to need up to 37.5 hours, Monday Friday 09 00 with additional evenings when required; ample notice will be given.
