As a Customer Support Associate Dutch & English , you'll be the friendly expert helping both Dutch and English-speaking users get the most out of our client's smart software. Your support will directly impact customer satisfaction and help strengthen their presence in Dutch-speaking markets. Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding journey Lead training sessions to help users work smarter with the platform Gather feedback from Dutch-speaking customers to share with internal teams Contribute to team projects and knowledge sharing to improve processes and outcomes Our client is a rapidly growing software company helping event and production teams around the world stay organized and in sync.
