Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist role in a Transportation, Logistics and Storage company. It is a technology driven fourth party logistics service (4PL) whose vision is to enable global supply chains and retail standard distribution services for major e commerce platforms.
The Customer Service Specialist will work with a variety of online merchants in a fast paced workplace where effective communication skill is critical. The company wants someone who can build great customer connections and take positive action.
Job Requirements- 2 years or more of related customer service experience in the logistics sector, particularly with e commerce fulfilment expertise is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to successfully engage with individuals from various functions.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Understand Microsoft Office applications and computer abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, as well as the ability to operate in a group.
- UK work authorisation.
- Prove reliable commute or have a plan to relocate (preferred).
