Customer Service Specialist II - Pet Services

arenaflex is seeking a Customer Service Specialist II to join our Animal Services - Pet Services team in the United Kingdom. You will be the face of the department, handling a high volume of calls and performing clerical tasks to support operations.

The role requires high school completion and at least 1 year of customer service experience, plus proficiency with personal computers and data entry. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
