Customer Service Specialist: End-to-End Orders & Onboarding

Dormer Pramet in Waverley, Rotherham, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear answers and smooth processes.

You will work with Sales Engineers and Account Managers, support onboarding, prepare quotations, and manage the full order lifecycle from order to invoicing.

English fluency is essential; Dutch skills are advantageous. The role is on-site during probation with hybrid options later.
