About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice on tyre selection, pricing, and availability
• Processing customer orders via phone and email, and ensuring timely deliveries
• Handling returns, collections, and warranty claims
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions
• Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to enhance service
