Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join theircentre in Ashbourne, this isanewpositionforour clientin their automotive centres nationwide.It'sa front-of-house role giving trusted advice & exceptional service to valued customers. Pay / salary: Basic: £30,000+bonus £500 per monthOTE: £36,000

Job type: Permanent /Full timerole

Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday08.30and17.30(Set day off in the week)Saturdays 08:30 -16:00

Job Responsibilities
  • Own the complete in-centre customer journey from arrival through to departure and future bookings
  • Deliver outstanding, consistent, and memorable service that builds advocacy andloyalty
  • Proactively manage customer expectations, handle queries professionally, and resolveenquiries andcomplaints with care and speed
  • Maintain impeccable front-of-house presentation, merchandising, and brand standardsat all times
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer during their visit, ensuring seamless hand-offs to the workshop team
Whatyou'llneed to a be considered for therole
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, advisory, or service role (for exampleretail, automotive, hospitality, or professional services)
  • Demonstrabletrack recordof building rapport, handling objections, and closing sales ethically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and honestly(training provided)
  • Customer-first mindset with genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical selling - comfortable saying "no" when it is the right thing for the customer
  • Ability to learn andretaindetailed product knowledge across tyres, MOT,servicingand related areas(full trainingprovided)
  • Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge
  • No driving licence required
