Job Title: Live Chat Customer Service Specialist
Location: Dublin (Office-Based)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)
Working hours: All candidates need to be flexible and able to work anytime between the following hours: Monday-Sunday 24/7 across 3 shifts - 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am.
Start date: 10th July 2026
Please be advised: During your first 12 weeks of your start date, no holidays will be approved.
Salary: €16.00 per hour (€33,280 base) - plus shift uplift X 1.3 (shift allowance applies to the hours of 11pm - 7am)

We are currently looking for tech-savvy, lightning-fast Live Chat Specialists to join our Dublin office. What You Will Be Doing- Multitask like a pro: Handle multiple inbound live webchats simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.
- First-Contact Resolution: Be the detective who gets to the bottom of customer queries and solves them accurately on the spot.
- Digital Empathy: Support all customers, including vulnerable individuals, with patience, warmth, and the perfect written tone.
- System Navigation: Keep accurate, detailed records of customer interactions while navigating our internal systems seamlessly.
Please note: While this role is highly chat-focused, occasional phone or email support may be required!
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 2-3 years in customer service. Strong webchat/live chat experience is a massive plus, but phone and email experience counts too!
- Keyboard Warrior: Excellent typing speed and flawless written English (grammar, spelling, and tone matter here).
- Problem Solver: You take ownership of issues, show genuine empathy, and consistently hit your targets.
- Flexibility: You must be available to work 40 hours per week on rotational shifts between Monday-Sunday 24/7 across 3 shifts - 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am.
