ISS Recruitment is currently working with a well-established and growing client in the kitchen solutions sector, who are seeking a high-calibre Customer Service & Kitchen Sales Specialist to join their team in Edenderry.
This is a client-facing, consultative role that goes beyond traditional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through kitchen design decisions, while delivering an exceptional overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all interactions
- Consult with clients on kitchen layouts, plans, and design options
- Advise on what works best within specific spaces
- Recommend layouts, finishes, and configurations
- Help clients visualise and refine their ideal kitchen
- Review and analyse kitchen plans and requirements, offering tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Confidently manage a variety of personalities and scenarios
- Support the sales process, contributing to conversions and client satisfaction

Essential Requirements- Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A naturally outgoing and engaging personality
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations
- Confidence in offering advice and guiding decision-making
- Previous experience in a kitchen sales or kitchen design environment
- Experience working with kitchen layouts, plans, or consultations
- Experience using 3D kitchen design software or visualisation tools
- Relevant certifications, courses, or training
- Background in interiors, design, or home improvement sectors
- Go beyond basic service and actively guide and influence client decisions
