Customer Service Specialist

We are now recruiting for a fulltime (minimum 36 hours):

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

the position is based in the city of Groningen, the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

As Customer Service Specialist you are the interface to their internal and external customers working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams. The Customer Service Specialist is part of a learning organization who is committed to drive improvements and efficiency within the Order to Delivery Process to meet current and future customer demands.

• Order handling and customer support
• Provide shipping information to internal and external customers
• Create and maintain customer master data to ensure correct information in ERP system
• Drive continuous improvements to achieve a more efficient order to delivery process together with Logistics, Commercial and Finance

Essential for the role:

• Knowledge and experience in the field of customer support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player and relationship builder
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer focused and performance-driven
• Process oriented and structured
• Fluent in spoken and written English
