Vacancy Customer Service Specialist (Location Amsterdam)

About the open position

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction which is seen as a team achievement. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, providing the right follow-up, all while maintaining a customer-friendly attitude, is second nature to you.


The role reports directly to the Sales Director and will collaborate closely with the Logistics, Quality and Supply Chain departments.



Your Profile


  • Bachelor working and thinking level
  • Relevant experience in a Customer Service role
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • Computer skills, preferably already (some) experience working with ERP
  • Ability to help us continuously improve our overall communication and our service
  • Preferably fulltime availability (40hrs) (hybrid with a minimum of 32 hours.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-order management position is required
  • Prior experience with logistics/warehousing is a plus
  • Living in or near Amsterdam
