Customer Service Specialist - Retail Help Desk

Mitre 10 MEGA Westgate is seeking a passionate Customer Service Desk Team member to provide excellent support to our customers. This role is vital, ensuring customers feel welcomed and assisted across various inquiries and sales transactions.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works well in a team, and can handle challenges calmly and quickly. Experience in retail or service is advantageous. This part-time position requires 32 hours per week over four shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
