Customer Service Specialist - Office-Based in Croydon

Cathay Investments Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Croydon head office. You will work closely with the sales team and be a key contact for UK commercial operations, supporting two brands: Lantor and Euroresins.

You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and help with quotes and shipping documentation. You will join a 20-person head office, ensuring prompt, accurate service and strong client relationships.
