Customer Service Representative (Norwegian)

The project:

Support Norwegian speaking customers of a streaming service offering movies, TV shows, and live sports, available primarily in the Nordic countries and some European markets. It provides both original content and popular international titles, including series, films, and sports events like football and boxing.

What you will be doing:

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
• Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
• Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Norwegian language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon, Portugal
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• Full time contract
• Base salary without accommodation: 1620€/month
• Base salary with accommodation: 1358€/month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
