- Be the first point of contact for customers and business partners via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide support and guidance on products, orders, accounts, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
- Process refunds, exchanges, and account related requests accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships through professional and friendly communication
- Support users with system navigation and account related questions
- Accurately record interactions and bring complex cases to higher levels of support when required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Native level fluency in one or more languages
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer focused mindset with strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
