Customer Service Representative French OR German

Job description Their products are sold in many countries. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support their international sales team at their new office in the Amsterdam area.
Our client offers paid training for up to six months to help you do your best.
What you will do:

• Give great service to customers who use our client's LED lighting products
• Help the sales team with quotes, orders, and delivery updates
• Solve problems during the sales process like delivery, invoices, and returns
• Work with other teams like sales, supply chain, and logistics to support customers
• Make regular calls to customers and keep track of actions in the system

Requirements What our client asks for:

• Associate's degree or similar in business or related field
• High level of French and/or German both speaking and writing
• At least 2 years experience in customer service or sales support
• Experience with manufacturing is a plus
• Good skills in Microsoft Office and order software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
• This job requires background checks
