We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions.
• Offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
• Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
• Handling calls, emails, chats and back-office tasks.

We'd be more than happy if you have:

• French level minimum C2
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and be a team player.
• Will to work from the office in Braga (100% on-site)
• English at minimum B2 level

We offer:

• Base salary of 930€ per 14 months (or 1085€ per 12 moths, you decide!)
• + meal allowance of around 7 Euros per day (around 150 Euros per month) - paid in full each month
• Performance bonus up to 150€ per 12 months
