Job Description
Overview

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll handle a high volume of incoming calls or emails, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective organisation and prioritisation of your workload. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of your individual tasks. Building strong relationships with customers will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls or emails, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective organisation and prioritisation of workload.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the team while taking ownership of individual tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to support success in the role.
  • Adhere to the daily working hours and rota-based schedule, with flexibility to swap shifts as needed.
  • Work full-time in the office for at least the first 3 months, with the option to transition to a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) on a rota basis.
  • Note: Saturday shifts may be required as overtime after probation.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service in office, retail, or hospitality settings.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when placing orders.
