Role Overview

You will be at the heart of the betting experience, welcoming customers, processing bets, and providing outstanding service. By building strong relationships and promoting safer gambling, you help create a welcoming environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries
• Demonstrating how to use betting terminals to customers
• Building relationships with customers and providing excellent service
• Championing safer gambling at all times
• Supporting managers with shop displays, opening, and closing activities as required

Working Patterns

Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and are subject to change. Hours vary between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
