Salary: £28,500 +
Bonus: Quarterly Bonus (up to 20% annually)
Hybrid: Hybrid (2 days at home per week) after 3 months' probation

What You Will Be DoingWorking as part of a busy internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service:
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps
- Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately
- Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- Strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- A team player who can also work independently
- £28,500 base salary
- Quarterly bonus scheme (up to 5% per quarter / 20% annually)
