Location & Work Arrangement

The Customer Service representative supports our Customer Care Team in Knowsley and works in a hybrid model with the first 3 months onsite and thereafter a flexible mix of home and office.

Compensation

Hourly Pay £13.81 per hour

Hours & Shift Details

On Call Days Monday - Sunday: 10 00, with 2 weeks notice of shift.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming friendly voice of QVC
  • Providing world class customer service
  • Handling inbound customer calls and resolving complex enquiries
  • Driving brand advocacy
  • Working towards individual performance targets within a team setting
  • Participating in a supportive onboarding experience that includes four weeks of training
Qualifications
  • Desire to deliver a first class customer service experience
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
  • Computer proficiency required (experience using a computer)
