The NPWT Customer Service Representative supports the NPWT business in the UK and Ireland as a permanent member of the frontline customer service team, delivering excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and field service teams.
Key Responsibilities- Professional support of customers from the healthcare industry by phone, email and via an online ordering portal.
- Punctual and accurate processing of orders and inquiries, considering customer requirements and internal delivery deadlines.
- Tracking and controlling delivery dates, clarifying outstanding deliveries.
- Efficiently recording, escalating and resolving complaints.
- Cooperating closely with operations, logistics, sales and finance to provide maximum customer service and relieve the sales department of administrative activities.
- Ensuring comprehensive customer information about the product portfolio, promotional activities and service offerings.
- Continuous improvement of processes and cross functional processing.
- Taking on internal super user or specialist tasks once ready.
- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Commercial apprenticeship or at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, multichannel customer service, and/or contact center.
Additional desired attributes include a structured and reliable work style, strong service orientation, goal oriented communication, enjoyment of direct customer contact, personal responsibility for customer satisfaction, ability to thrive in a fast moving environment, empathy and listening skills, friendliness and professional charisma on the phone, and good verbal and written language skills.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, as is experience working in an international environment and in a team setting.
Work InformationWork location: Citywest, Dublin, Ireland.
Work type: Onsite (Hybrid eligible after 6 months in the role).
Bank holidays: Ireland and UK bank holidays are worked on a rotational basis.
