Salary: £26,250.00, increasing with training modules completed; potential to earn an additional £2,500 after all training is finished.
Hours of Work: 36.25 per week, rota basis between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday-Friday.

Position summary: You will play a pivotal front of house role, acting as the welcoming face of our organisation. In this position you will ensure seamless operations for both visitors and staff by expertly managing facilities, coordinating calls and bookings, and responding swiftly to urgent building needs. Success in this role relies on your outstanding interpersonal skills, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and security.
What you will do- Ensuring smooth operations for visitors and staff alike.
- Deliver a warm, professional reception service, greeting visitors and providing expert advice about our facilities.
- Handle incoming calls with confidence, prioritising requests and directing them to the right service provider to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage meeting room bookings and key collection, ensuring spaces are used efficiently for meetings, functions, and events.
- Orchestrate bookings for conferences and exhibitions, helping customers achieve their objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service or reception/concierge support in a high profile, fast paced environment.
- A natural ability to turn challenges into positive experiences, confidently handling difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- The composure to remain calm and solutions focused, even when the pressure is on.
- A flexible, can do attitude and a readiness to embrace change - no two days are ever the same here!
The successful candidate must obtain security clearance. To obtain clearance you are required to be a UK permanent resident for the last 5 years.
