Join Our Team as a Customer Services Coordinator!
Location: Kings Cross, London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (4pm finish on Fridays!)

About the Role


Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional looking to contribute to a growing team? Our client is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to provide outstanding service to members and play a key role in supporting insurance-related processes.


Key Responsibilities


As part of the Member Services team, you will:



  • Process Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with care and accuracy

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and post

  • Provide Product Information: Offer guidance on services and policies

  • Manage Transactions: Process direct debits and maintain data accuracy


What You'll Bring



  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Insurance Knowledge: Desirable but not essential

  • Skills:


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent time management and organisation

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
