We are looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced Customer Service Manager / Supervisor/Advisor to oversee customer service operations and support prospective students throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Customer Service Team Leaders, helping them bring out the best in their teams
- Supervise and support customer service staff and daily operations
- Contact potential students by phone, email, social media, and in person
- Provide information regarding admissions processes, student finance, course options, and eligibility requirements etc.
- Explain university course options and support students with enrolment processes
- Follow up with student enquiries and leads
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide professional guidance
- Encourage and support students to progress with their applications and enrolment
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and student information
- Promote the company's education and recruitment services
- Assist with marketing, leaflet distribution, and promotional activities across different UK cities
- Attend education fairs, meetings, and company events as required
- Work according to company requirements where necessary
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, supervision, management, sales, recruitment, or administration
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Must have confidence speaking with potential students and clients
- Must have good spoken and written English
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage workload and meet targets
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Experience within education, recruitment, or sales industry preferred
- Full UK work rights
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Degree qualification preferred but not essential
