As a Customer Service Employee you are responsible for the administrative and commercial processing of incoming orders and return flows for the Italian market.

The job
We're seeking a full-time Italian Customer Service Specialist to support our Italian market. You'll work with both local and international teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with customers, understanding and meeting their needs.
- Provide product recommendations and quotations tailored to customer requirements and budgets.
- Manage accurate and timely order processing, including logistics and delivery follow-up.
- Handle after-sales support and complaint resolution in coordination with the sales team.
Your goal: deliver top-tier service and support while helping us meet business objectives.

Requirements
The Customer Service Italian speaking must have the following qualifications:
- Native-level Italian & fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- MBO/HBO education level
- Customer service experience with a commercial mindset (B2B & Italian market a plus)
- MS Office & export documentation knowledge
- Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Great communication skills - and a good sense of humor!
