Job Overview

This Customer Service Executive role runs Monday Friday from 14 30. Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese is also required. The role is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a positive experience via phone or email.
• Resolve issues rather than simply close cases, documenting root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with a diverse customer base (over 25 nationalities) and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in French and English, plus proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong customer experience focus with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to build relationships, resolve disputes and collaborate across geographies.
• Experience using technology systems to update customer records and follow automated workflows.
• Self motivated, ambitious, and open to career growth.
