Customer Service Executive - Hybrid, Fast-Paced Support

KCGroup is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a busy team supporting a world-renowned Organisation near the Tamworth area. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week with 1 day working from home after initial training. Immediate start available.

You will be the first point of contact for members across multiple channels, delivering a high standard of service while managing bookings, queries and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
