Job Description
The Customer Service Coordinator role is based in Devon and offers a full time maternity cover contract starting in August 2026. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
Hybrid working arrangements are available.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing enquiries, defects and aftercare from legal completion through the warranty period.
- Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on homeowner concerns.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Experience within house building, construction, property or maintenance is advantageous but not essential.
- Own transport to travel between office, sites and clients.
