Customer Service Consultant in Lausanne or by arrangement 80% (m/f/d) What makes your daily life exciting: You receive requests from our clients via different channels (phones, email, and ticketing). You handle first-level support cases with the Consulting team and the Technical team. You regularly prepare communications for our clients to keep them informed about news and updates. You write articles that serve as support for our clients and continuously keep them updated. You regularly follow developments and updates of the various issues you address: You have good business knowledge in finance and payroll. You know how to manage stress and priorities during busy periods. You are client-oriented, enjoy teamwork, and demonstrate a good understanding of processes, as well as a keen interest in related issues. You learn quickly, show excellent synthesis skills, and appreciate working with varied stakeholders. A CFC in business administration or equivalent, completed with initial professional experience. Initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., Abacus) is a plus but not required. Proficiency in French (German is an asset).
