As a Customer Service Consultant you'll provide outstanding service, educating customers to use digital platforms and ensuring financial inclusion for all. You will serve as the first point of contact, raise fraud awareness, support vulnerable customers and help with complex banking needs.
- Act as the first point of contact and take ownership of customer needs.
- Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
- Identify customers in vulnerable situations and determine how we can support them.
- Assist customers with complex banking needs.
- Excellent communication skills with empathy.
- Ability to manage enquiries through to resolution and exceed expectations.
- Resilience in a constantly changing environment.
Full time, 35 hours per week. Monday Friday 09 00 and Saturday 09 30 (branch dependent). Work may be required at other local branches within a reasonable distance.
TrainingFull in branch training over 9 days across 3 weeks, mandatory attendance. Holidays cannot be taken during training.
What you'll getYour starting salary is £26,000 plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
