An exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within Manchester.

• Answering and actioning calls from companies, clients and customers
• Encouraging for reviews regarding their experience
• Maintaining the database
• Complying with the sales and process procedure
• General administration duties
