Customer Service Consultant - Global Life-Saving Logistics

World Courier (UK) Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to be the primary contact for clients throughout shipment journeys, including quoting, booking, tracking and delivery. The role involves decision-making on routing, temperature control, and cross-division coordination in a time-sensitive logistic environment.

You will complete an IATA Dangerous Goods by Air qualification within the first year and will join a team supported by full training.
