Salary: £14.61 per hour £30,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy warehouse and transport operation in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of stock while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders, ensuring quantity accuracy and communicating delivery timelines with depot staff.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure customer requirements are processed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and reports.
- Produce customer KPI reports and performance data.
- Collate accurate information to prepare customer invoices.
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with company Health & Safety policies.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
- Previous experience in a customer service, logistics, transport or warehouse administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
