Job Description
Customer Team Member

Location: 21-23 Central Drive Aston, Deeside, CH5 1LR

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, including at least 1 weekend shift (to be discussed at interview)

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Keep the store safe and legal - keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  • Introduce new products and services - make changes natural, share experiences with colleagues.
  • Support the local community - get involved in community activities and events.
