The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high quality front line support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Acting as triage for incoming enquiries
• Providing clear and helpful customer support
• Raising and logging service tickets for allocation to the relevant team members
• Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and efficiently
