Customer Service Assistant (Arcades)

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will deliver excellent service to guests and ensure they have as much fun as possible in the arcade. This is a permanent contract with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Great customer service, communication skills, and a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable, responsible with a strong work ethic
• Good availability on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
• Able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Reliable transportation suitable to site location
