What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming service area
• Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately
• Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions
• Support the wider team with general administrative and operational tasks

Monday - Thursday
