Hourly Rate: £12.71 (for over 21s)
Contract type: Temporary, part-time, 27.5 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
Shift Times: Vary between 06:30 - 22:30 on a rota basis
PositionCustomer Service Assistant - temporary, part-time at Kinloss Barracks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and a fast paced environment.
Job DescriptionYou'll mainly work front of house, supporting day to day operations by serving food and beverages, operating tills, maintaining dining areas, and assisting both front and back of house. You will deliver excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparations, and public areas
- Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate display of merchandise
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work
- Previous customer facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided)
- Must be 18+
- Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required)
- Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport
