Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Salary: £13.26 per hour (PAYE)
Employment: Full-time, temporary (6 months)
Start: 20 April 2026 - 21 October 2026
Location: Wisbech (office-based)

Role Details

This is a full-time, office-based role covering a vacant position. The role is fully office-based - no hybrid working available.

Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:45am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:45am - 4:30pm

(37 hours per week)

Location: Awdry House, Ramnoth Road, Wisbech

Responsibilities

• You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service while handling a range of enquiries.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
• Providing accurate information and resolving queries
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting administrative tasks across the team
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
